SYNKRETA
Services

We build the system, then we keep it alive.

Most enterprise software fails after go-live, not before it. We manage the whole lifecycle — research, design, development, licensing, implementation, customisation, integration and ongoing support — so that the system still fits the business three years later.

Business systems

ERP, CRM and management applications

We design and develop business-management systems and deliver them as SaaS: scalable, secure, and maintainable by a team that is not the one that wrote them. Before any of that, our process-analysis work documents how the business actually operates — which is usually not how the old software assumed it did.

We cover
ERP, CRM and bespoke management applications
Sectors
Commercial, industrial and public sector
Before building
Workflow documentation, process analysis, automation of what is worth automating
After building
Implementation, customisation, integration, licensing and ongoing support
Data architecture

Databases, warehouses and integration

The application is the visible part; the data model is what decides whether it will still work at ten times the volume. We architect, host and maintain relational databases, data warehouses and the pipelines that move data between systems — then put reporting and visualisation on top, on web and on mobile.

Design
Relational schema design, normalisation, indexing and query performance
Consolidation
Data warehouses and integration pipelines across separate systems
Output
Analytics, reporting and dashboards for web and mobile interfaces
Operations
Hosting, backup, monitoring and maintenance
Field applications

Mobile tools for work away from a desk

Field work breaks the assumptions desktop software is built on: no connection, gloves on, one hand free, and a record that has to stand up to an audit years later. We build offline-first mobile applications that capture data locally, synchronise when they can, and keep a traceable history of who recorded what and when.

Offline first
Full capability without a connection; synchronisation when one returns
Traceability
Consistent records and audit trail across teams and inspections
Back office
Integrated with the management system the organisation already runs
In production
Dekta — bridge and infrastructure inspection

Describe the workflow, not the software

Tell us how the work is done today and where it breaks. That conversation is free, and it is the part that determines whether a project is worth doing at all.
